Guduchi Extract, 2 oz.
Tinospora cordifolia

Guduchi is one of the most famous detoxifying herbs in the Ayurvedic pharmacopeia. It crosses the blood-brain barrier and improves cognitive functioning and recall, but its main claim to fame is its power to reduce ama (toxins) and even to protect the body from the harmful effects of toxic substances. It enjoys the status of a rasayana or rejuvenative herb and was traditionally used for three years in order to promote longevity and imperviousness to toxins.

Guduchi can be used long-term to reduce symptoms related to excess pitta and to kindle agni, i.e. substituting toxic fire with purifying fire.

Mycotoxin Cleansing Herbal Formula Based on Research of Ayurvedic Herbs

Mold Chikitsa, 4 oz.

Many molds produce mycotoxins, the most serious of which is usually taken to be ochratoxin A. This is produced by some types of aspergillus and penicillium and can be found in food as well as in individuals infected with viable mold. Even long after the mold has been eliminated, these carcinogenic toxins may remain in the body: in the blood, liver, kidneys, stomach, lymph nodes, etc. In an Indian study, the four herbs in this formula were taken for 17 weeks with significant benefit. It is recommended that this product be used in conjunction with mycotoxin binding clays such as Montmorillonite and bentonite.

Pau d'Arco Herbal Extract. 2 oz.

Pau d'Arco Extract, 2 oz.
Tabebuia impetiginosa

Pau d'arco is one of the most well known South American herbs. It has a reputation for having anti-cancer, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties. It is also used to purify the blood and regulate blood sugar. Like many herbs with ethnobotanical traditions strongly suggestive of antitumoral properties, pau d'arco seems to benefit some patients more than others. It is widely believed to work better with patients with elevated levels of Candida albicans.

The earliest modern studies of pau d'arco were published by Dr. Theodore Meyer who successfully used it to cure very advanced cancers, especially leukemia. Some of his findings were questioned by those who attempted to attribute all results to a single compound. As with most herbs, the whole herb often protects against toxicity of the strongest chemical constituent, in this case, lapachol. In clinical trials, low doses stimulate immunity whereas higher doses reduce inflammation often associated with stimulation. As might be expected of an herb with antifungal properties, it helps to reduce allergic reactions.

Alcohol: 40%

Contains: extract of Tabebuia_impetiginosa bark in distilled water, organic grain alcohol, and pure vegetable glycerin.

Usnea Extract, 2 oz.
Usnea longissima

Usnea, sometimes called Old Man"s Beard, is a lichen that grows on trees in virtually every part of the world. It has significant immune enhancing properties and is considered by many as a substitute for antibiotics, but it is regarded as both antibacterial and antiviral. This statement always needs qualifying because natural remedies are very seldom "anti" anything since they work by increasing immunity rather than destroying pathogens directly. They do this by providing nutrients for white blood cells. Traditionally, usnea is considered to be immune enhancing and antifungal. It is safe and can be combined with other immune herbs such as echinacea. It is used mainly for sinus and respiratory relief as well as gynecological protection.

Alcohol: 79-81%

Contains: Extract of Usnea longissima Thallus in Organic Alcohol, Distilled Water, and Vegetable Glycerin.
